If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened product within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping fees.  All returned items must be new and unused.  "New and unused" means in perfect, saleable condition and must include the original box, instructions, warranty information, and all original packaging.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, it must be reported to us within 15 days of receipt.  After 15 days, MyBabyMonitors.com is not able to replace damaged or defective products.
